We are extremely pleased and equally excited to announce that we will be producing a full virtual production of LITTLE WOMEN: THE BROADWAY MUSICAL this coming Spring (2021)!

We are thankful to have the incredibly talented Tommy Malek at the helm directing, and the incomparable Rachel Sandler Music Directing this beautiful piece, which will be presented in full with a story-book feel.

In the midst of this pandemic where live theatre has ceased to exist for the most part, even on Broadway, many local and regional companies have turned to virtual means to keep theatre alive; whether it be through script readings, virtual cabarets, or limited/original productions - HP is taking this a step further and producing a full musical in a virtual environment! This will be a unique opportunity for performers (both local and not!) to dust off their chops and get back into the swing of things.

Please follow us for further updates, and the audition notice will be posted this week as well.

All upcoming events for Heritage Players Inc. including our Spring production of GUYS & DOLLS, have been cancelled for the foreseeable future due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently unable to utilize the Rice Auditorium space at Spring Grove, and will not be able to utilize the space until the State of MD authorizes public traffic on campus.

We will provide updates as we receive them.

Thank you for your patience. Stay safe and healthy!

First of all, we would like to extend our sincerest thanks to the entire cast and crew of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes: In Concert, as well as the supportive audiences who came out to see it. Our Winter Concert Series continues to grow each year and owes its success to our faithful audiences and the creative talents of the artists who make it happen.

In other exciting news, the productions for Season 45 were selected at our March Membership Meeting held on Sunday, March 8th. We will be making an announcement in the near future, so please, stay tuned - we promise you will want a front row seat for every show on the slate. We would like to give a huge shout-out to all of the artists who proposed a show for our Season 45 slate, our Artistic Director, Amy Rapnicki, and the Show Selection Committee for helping to make it a reality. Our show selection process has been updated this year to be more organized and cohesive, and it was a resounding success thanks to their efforts.
